• Photo Library: Used to allow you to select existing photos from your device to add to your inventory. We do not scan or access photos that you have not explicitly selected.

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

6. Photo Privacy and Storage

Your inventory photos are private and only accessible to you. Specifically:

• Photos you take or upload are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and are associated exclusively with your account
• No other users — including facility owners, facility staff, or Elebox administrators — can view your inventory photos
• Photos are processed by AI solely to detect and catalog items for your personal inventory search. This processing is automated and no human reviews your images
• You may delete your photos at any time, and they will be permanently removed from our systems

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes and enforcing our agreements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict the processing of your data
