Elebox is a storage unit management platform operated by Elebox LLC. The Service enables storage facility owners to manage their facilities, onboard renters, and process payments. Renters can use the Service to photograph, catalog, and search their stored inventory using AI-powered item detection. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing or using the Elebox platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Certain features of the Service require payment. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Facility owners agree to the billing terms associated with their subscription, which is based on the number of active renters using the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
By providing your phone number and opting in to the Elebox SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Elebox related to account onboarding, verification, and service notifications.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Elebox LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including photographs and inventory data. By uploading content, you grant Elebox a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your content for any other purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Elebox does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-powered item detection or inventory cataloging. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elebox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elebox LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
